James A. Germano, M.D.
Dr. Germano joined Orlin & Cohen in 2008 after completing his fellowship in Adult Reconstructive Surgery at New England Baptist Hospital in Boston. He completed his residency in orthopedic surgery and general surgical internship at University of Massachusetts Medical center. He as co-published and presented papers on various leading-edge techniques related to hip replacement and fracture repair.
Dr. Germano is a board-certified and fellowship trained orthopedist who subspecializes in total hip and knee replacement, with a special interest in revision arthroplasty. He is skilled in minimally invasive and computer assisted surgery as well as alternative bearing surgery. He is also one of Long Islands only Hip Arthroscopy surgeons.
