James A. Germano, M.D.

Dr. Germano joined Orlin & Cohen in 2008 after completing his fellowship in Adult Reconstructive Surgery at New England Baptist Hospital in Boston. He completed his residency in orthopedic surgery and general surgical internship at University of Massachusetts Medical center. He as co-published and presented papers on various leading-edge techniques related to hip replacement and fracture repair.

Dr. Germano is a fellowship trained orthopedist who sub-specializes in total hip, knee and shoulder replacement with a special interest in revision arthroplasty. He is skilled in minimally invasice and computer assisted surgery as well as alternative bearing surgery. He is also one of Long Islands only Hip Arthroscopy surgeons.
