Orlin & Cohen’s Thanksgiving Food Drive to Support Island Harvest

Orlin & Cohen is partnering with Island Harvest to host a Thanksgiving Food Drive now through Friday, November 19. Stop by any Orlin & Cohen location during regular business hours to donate canned food and nonperishable items to help Long Islanders in need.
All donated food will support Island Harvest’s Turkey & Trimmings Collection Campaign: An annual drive that provides Long Island families in need with access to holiday meals.
With more than one in 10 Long Islanders suffering from food insecurity, your donation will make a difference and ensure that Island Harvest has the supplies they need to support the families that turn to them for food assistance.
Nonperishable donation items needed include:
Canned/dried beans
Canned vegetables
Low-sodium soups & stews
Gravy
Shelf-stable milk & mashed potatoes
Tuna
Canned fruit in juice
Rice
Pasta & sauce
Olive or canola oil
Canned low-sodium tomatoes
If you’re unable to make a food donation to Orlin & Cohen’s Thanksgiving Food Drive, you can donate online to Island Harvest and support Long Islanders in need. Every $30 raised provides turkey and trimmings to a family this holiday season.
