Paul Willms, MS, APRN, FNP, is a highly experienced, board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in orthopedic care at Orlin & Cohen. With over two decades of clinical experience, Paul has honed his expertise in diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of conditions. He works closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that address issues such as fractures, joint disorders, sports-related injuries, and postoperative care, aiming to improve mobility and enhance quality of life.
Before joining Orlin & Cohen, Paul served as a nurse practitioner with the United States military, where he developed leadership skills, resilience, and a strong sense of discipline. He was also a Combat Veteran who deployed to both Iraq and Afghanistan. His service has equipped him to manage complex cases and deliver care in high-pressure situations, ensuring that patients always receive the highest standards of orthopedic care – no matter the setting.
