Danielle Magrini, D.O., is a fellowship-trained pediatric sports medicine specialist at Orlin & Cohen. Her practice focuses on managing pediatric and adolescent musculoskeletal conditions and athletic injuries, including orthopedic trauma, fracture care, and concussions. She also has special interest in female athletes, rowing-related injuries, RED-S (relative energy deficiency in sport) and running medicine.
As a sports enthusiast, Dr. Magrini understands the benefits of leading an active lifestyle and always shares that practical and preventative information with young patients and their families. Committed to improving her patients’ experiences and outcomes, she stays at the forefront of advancements in pediatric sports medicine through research and membership in national organizations. She is the author of a paper published by the Journal of the Pediatric Orthopedic Society of North America and coauthor of a chapter in the book, Pediatric & Adolescent Knee Injuries: Evaluation, Treatment & Rehabilitation.
Dr. Magrini has served as a sideline physician for college swimming and diving as well as high school football. She has also volunteered at multiple mass participation events where she provides immediate, specialized care to those in attendance.
