Puja Mishra, MS, is a research associate at Orlin & Cohen supporting investigator-initiated and industry-sponsored clinical research studies across orthopedic subspecialties. With a strong background in clinical operations and data analysis, Puja plays a pivotal role in advancing high-quality, patient-centered research that enhances both patient experiences and outcomes.
At Orlin & Cohen, Puja collaborates with principal investigators to manage studies from concept through execution. Her responsibilities include overseeing Institutional Review Board (IRB) submissions and regulatory documentation, coordinating patient recruitment, and serving as the primary point of contact for sponsors and research partners.
Puja brings additional expertise from her prior research experience in academic settings, as well as her background in health informatics and biostatistics, which strengthens her ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that support evidence-based orthopedic care.
