Stefan Barker, RPA-C, has extensive orthopedic experience treating a variety of injuries, with a focus on foot and ankle pathology. He is skilled in casting, splinting, injection administration, diagnostic imaging interpretation, and platelet rich plasma therapy. Prior to joining Orlin & Cohen in 2011, Stefan was a primary care physician assistant at South Shore Family Medical Associates.
He conducted his master’s research project on the role of lower extremity flexibility in orthopedic injury prevention. While completing his second-year rotations, Stefan gained experience in orthopedics, general surgery, primary care, behavioral medicine, geriatrics, dermatology, radiation oncology, emergency medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, infectious disease, and pediatrics.
