I was playing basketball, and I collided with someone which caused me to have a separated shoulder. The MRI showed it was a grade 3 AC joint sprain. I was very disheartened by this, being that I wanted to get back on the court as soon as possible. I met Paul and told him I need to get back as soon as possible. He told me I will get back, but encouraged me to take my time and listen to my body to recover at the right speed. A couple months in, I was getting discouraged that I would never make it back to playing. Paul sensed this, and he really ramped up my therapy and pushed me to places I didn't think I could get to. I got my strength back and more importantly my confidence in my shoulder. Paul knew all the right strings to pull to get me on track. 6 Months after the injury, I was back on the courts. I am very happy I met Paul, and I would encourage other people to use him as well.
