I had torn my meniscus at the root which was so painful. I finally gave in and had Dr Mait do the surgical repair. He was very upfront that the recovery was going to be a little rough. He wasn’t lying. It was very difficult but he had me start pt with such a great team in the Bellmore practice. Bryan and Jason couldn’t have been nicer aloe more encouraging that it was going to get better. They pushed me just enough that it was uncomfortable to do the exercises but it wasn’t painful. I’m 3 months post op, have full range of motion and continue to improve my strength. I am so grateful to the trio that took care of me
