I’ll be honest, in the beginning I was dreading of walking through the doors to the Massapequa location. I’ve been to two different places for physical therapy and I can’t compare them with the office in Massapequa. What makes them stand out? Their kindness and loyalty to get you better. They actually show that they care. Everyone that I interacted with was very nice. Not at any point did I ever feel uncomfortable. They always made me feel comfortable enough that I would even sing along to the music that was playing which I don’t really ever do in front of people unless I am comfortable enough. Felross and Kim always made sure that I was comfortable even when I was in pain. Johnathan and Frank were great at telling me what to do with the exercises. Their kindness always made me want to come back. I was going there for a few months and I didn’t think that I was going to miss this place but I actually do; more the staff than anything else. They all saw me laugh and they also seen me cry. Because of them I’m capable of going on longer walks and I don’t dread walking into a physical therapy facility anymore. I know now if I ever need physical therapy again, I have a place I can come back to. I’ll miss them.
