I am writing this on behalf of my mother. She went to Newell for about 30 physical therapy sessions and he was very helpful with the recovery from her surgery. She was extremely worried post surgery that she would not regain function of her hand, but with Newell's help she has greatly improved in a short time. He was patient with my mother and walked her through everything with great detail. The best part about the whole experience was Newell being able to speak to my mother in Spanish. Even though I was always there to translate, I feel like care in her own language was helpful for my mother to understand and definitely improved her experience. All the assistances and front desk workers were wonderful as well, everyone was crucial for my mothers successful treatment. We look forward to going again for her future surgery on the other hand.
