What immediately distinguished Henryk was his deep expertise and his ability to translate that knowledge into a program that was specifically tailored to me. She has a gift for breaking down complex concepts in a way that is easy to understand, which helped me feel more informed and in control of my own recovery. What truly set Barbara apart was her relatability. Recovering from ACL surgery is as much an emotional journey as it is a physical one, and there were days when discouragement crept in.
