I went to Orlin & Cohen to see Dr. Koenig . My ankle was swollen and I couldn’t walk. An x-ray was taken and after examining my leg and ankle Dr. Koenig said I had tendinitis in my right ankle and needed to have physical therapy. I started my physical therapy on April 19th with Tatiana Malkina . She did a complete evaluation and I continued going until May 28th. Tatiana is a true professional who is so knowledgeable and thorough. She knows exactly what should be done by starting each session with an ankle and leg massage and ending with a stimulation machine which relieved all the pain in my ankle. She initiated the different exercises and therapies and then supervised her assistants to do whatever she deemed necessary . Tatiana also advised me to wear compression stockings which helped relieve the swelling in my ankle . Spending about an hour and a half doing the therapy and continuing the exercises at home cured me and I am so thankful for her help and guidance . Tatiana was concerned with my after care that she even gave me two bands to continue doing the ankle exercises that she had me do during our therapy sessions . She is a true asset to Orlin & Cohen and I thank her so much for her expertise, kindness and consideration .
