I messed up my left knee and had to get a meniscectomy, which sucked because I just wanted to get back to wrestling. My doctor, Dr. Rothfeld, and my PT, Tyler, were super supportive and helped me out the whole time. They got me through all the rehab, like exercises and check-ins, and kept me on track. Honestly, I was shocked I was back wrestling full-time in just five weeks. Those guys were awesome and really stuck with me to make sure I was good to go.
