I’m a very active sports enthusiast (avid ice hockey and softball athlete) that suffered from shoulder impingement and bicep tendon pain. Kathleen not only is significantly increasing my mobility and helping me regain and improve my strength, she’s truly educated me on how and why I need to improve my posture.
