Shelby was such a pleasure to work with. Her empathetic and upbeat personality made my Physical Therapy so enjoyable. Shelby helped me prior to my surgery to help strengthen my knees due to the pain I was experiencing. I had bilateral knee replacement surgery in Feb and went back to Shelby for additional therapy twice a week for eight weeks Her plan with each session with ice, heat and excercises strengthened my and knees provided me the ability to start walking on a regular basis. I actually was able to play Golf by April. The entire staff in the Garden City office from reception to the aides assisting Shelby were so diligent and polite. I cant thank you all enough for your exceptional service.
