I sustained injuries to my hip, knee, and ankle in a sporting accident. When I finally saw a doctor, I was relieved to learn that surgery wasn’t necessary, but I was prescribed physical therapy. I met with Yiyu Lin, who conducted a thorough assessment and developed an individualized exercise program for me. Within just a few weeks, I experienced substantial improvement. Because I was making such good progress, my doctor agreed to extend my physical therapy. As I continued to improve, Yiyu adjusted my regimen to match my progress and needs. Since regular stretching had never been part of my routine, I suspect that may have contributed to the severity of my injuries. As my course of physical therapy came to an end, Yiyu provided me with a comprehensive set of exercises to continue on my own so I could maintain the progress I had made.
