I would very much like to tell you about my first experience with Orlin and Cohen. I first arrived for my appointment in Garden City at 1:30 P.M. My appointment was 1:45 P.M. The girls at the front desk were very professional and very kind. I was very nervous about pain I have been having in my back for two months. In fact, Jennifer asked me if I wanted water, which I accepted, and I was then told the Doctor would be with me shortly, which he actually was. The next person I encountered was Jake. Jake was a lovely young man who helped me cope with anxiety and was truthful with me. A very pleasant Doctor Faust then came in and he tested me and was knowledgeable and had an amazing bedside manner. Michael, who lent me his arm, took me to get my x-rays and then again Doctor Faust advised of the next step. The perfect ending was Louise at checkout, who was kind, patient, considerate and I have to tell you that all of the people that I have spoken about should be commended. In fact, when I told coworkers that I was going to Orlin and Cohen, they said it's just a factory. Don't go there. I am so glad I didn't listen. Thanks to all of the above people that just were so kind to a woman who has had a lot of pain the last two months. You went over and above and I thank you all so much. I hope these people are again commended and thanked.
