I had hurt my shoulder caring for my mom. The littlest /most common things to do in moving my shoulder in a day was challenging and painful. I was then prescribed physical therapy. I was assigned to Taylor and Stephanie for PT and they both put together a plan to help, strengthen and improve the mobility of my shoulder. I cannot express ENOUGH the dedication that both Taylor and Stephanie has as their compassion to help those in need is remarkable. Each week they dedicated their time with me to work on building the strength and comfort to my shoulder so those little/most common things were back to normal. I am very happy and very grateful to say their mission was accomplished! As I miss seeing this team each week I am forever grateful to them and the knowledge they have given me to continue to take care of my shoulder and myself as well.
