I was diagnosed with an irreparable rotator cuff. I started PT with Nicole Kerr in early May. She explained what the procedures she would employ to strengthen the tear and get m6 sese back to using my shoulder with less pain. After 16 sessions the pain is not an issue and range of motion is 100%. Nicole worked me every session to make sure that I was performing the exercises with the correct techniques as to strengthen the specific muscle groups to support the torn muscle. I would recommend Nicole specifically. I would also recommend the facility. I can't thank her enough for her gentle persistence with me to keep pushing to obtain the desired results.
