My son fell during a soccer game and tore ligaments in his middle finger on his dominant hand. After x-rays showed that nothing was broken, OT was scheduled and he was assigned to Darlene. Darlene is the ultimate professional. She took the time to understand the issue from my son's perspective, told us her plan, and then executed. She was firm in her correction of mistakes or shortcuts in the OT process but at just the right level. The sessions felt like a relaxed setting versus a chore which made attending each one a pleasure.
