2 minutes into my first game of my senior lacrosse season, my cleat got caught in the turf during a ground ball scrum and I felt a pop in my left knee. I knew right away what had happened and the hectic healing process ahead. One of my close family friends recommended I use matt as my physical therapist and let’s just say it was one of the best decisions my family and I made. Matt and I have been working hard for the past 11 weeks getting my knee back to full strength so I can play fall ball with my LIU lax team in the fall. He has helped me make an insane amount of progress and every minute spent in therapy has been phenomenal.
