I declined the ER suggestion of an orthopedic surgeon to repair my broken right wrist. I am glad I chose Orlin & Cohen instead. The surgeon assigned was Dr. A. Pallotta and I totally trusted him. (Helps that I heal quickly too) I chose the Lynbrook office to begin rehab. Here I was assigned to Darlene Pappalardo and she was wonderful. After assessing my injury, she designed a therapy plan to get my dominant hand and wrist back to working condition. This included hot and cold therapy, as well as mechanical tools to improve my flexibility. The massage at the end of therapy was always accepted! She pushed me just enough to get through the "torture" as I referred to it. I am lucky that these were the medical experts I chose to help me heal. Now that I have "graduated" and am living my life as I was before I broke my wrist. I would totally recommend this practice and these two individuals to any friends and family that may need this in the future. Regards, Donna Healy
