Back in 2008 I had recently lost my husband suddenly and had a 7-year old son. In May of that year I felt something pop in my lower back. By June I was in Dr. Faust's office in Rockville Centre. That was the only appointment they had even though I live closer to Bohemia office. Unfortunately there was no "quick" cure but he scheduled me for an MRI and eventually for steroid injections. He told me that surgery would fix it. I was afraid being a single parent of a little boy. I went for 2 injections, but that didn't help. I finally called the doctor in early October of that year and said let's do the surgery. He made it happen by the end of that month and within one month I was back jumping on the trampoline with my son. Dr. Faust is the greatest, most compassionate doctor I have ever seen.
