In the past almost 13 years I have gone up to 3 other physical therapists. Until Olivia, there was no real change to my condition. I had been a bit frustrated. Olivia has changed everything!! She asks and really listens. In the past 2 years my strength had declined until my visit 2 weeks ago. My Neurologist was "shocked" at how my strength has improved in barely 6 months. I have a long way to go but am confident working with OLIVIA will get me where I need to. By the way, the front desk people are great.
