When I first came in to see Alyas Hamid for my lower back injury, I could barely bend down to pick up laundry at home. But thanks to his training and guidance I have been able to gain so much more mobility back in my life. Alta’s was always patient and understanding, he explained all the exercises clearly as we did them. He would always try to challenge me but never forced me beyond what my injury could handle, and worked with me each week to slowly build my strength up again. Alyas is a great physical therapist and I am beyond grateful for him and everyone else at the Woodbury location who helped me through each week of my sessions.
