I had a herniated disk flare up in my lower back sitting on the sciatica nerve. Angela was my absolute favorite therapist to ever work with. From her professionalism to her knowledge she was so helpful and I can feel confident saying I am fully recovered again. She has listened to all my stories from my injury to everyday life and has taught me so much when it comes to knowing my body and how to modify workouts. Very sad my prescription is up purely because I will miss our appointments!!
