In 2023, I was diagnosed with a OCD lesion crushing my cartilage and talus, subluxation of my peroneal tendon, and a torn lateral primary ligament. Dr. Feder performed ankle arthroscopy with excision drilling osteochondral defects in February and I had a year of PT/ OT ahead of me. Dr. Feder was there during my cast appts, when I learned to walk, and my first run. When I began to run again, I switched to Orlin & Cohen for PT with Jamie Misegades 3x a week. She was very patient with me and made my experience very positive during this tough and frustrating time as well as the other staff at PT; Roma, Julie and Lewis . Stephanie Edwards also helped in my training to get me racing again with running analysis. I am 16 months post op, got my senior season and still am running ! Thank you Dr. Feder, Jamie Misegades and the rest of the Orlin & Cohen staff for giving me my purpose back and getting me back to what I love most.
