I had a labrum repair done by Dr Mait and he did an amazing job with the surgery and making me feel comfortable heading into my first procedure. Working with Ali has been a great experience getting back on the road to my recovery. Being 26 and working a job that involves physicality at the same time as competing in lacrosse at the international level, Ali has done a great job working with me on getting my strength back. Ali has also been involving different exercises that are lacrosse movement based to get me back on track to play. With it being my first surgery it took a toll on my mental game that I would get a bit overwhelmed doing certain movements or exercises on my own and Ali was very helpful with reassuring me that I’m ok to do these things and nothing would happen. This was very big for me getting back into competing.
