After receiving a frozen shoulder diagnosis from Dr. Mallo and a physical therapy prescription I went to Eileen Duswalt-Agostino PT and Rich Viskewich PTA in Bohemia. They and the staff took excellent care of me, monitored me doing the exercises to make sure I was doing them correctly and showed me how to maintain the progress in recovery at home now.
