I am a 70+ year-old woman who had been suffering from pain in my neck, left shoulder blade, left arm, and leg, along with a tingling sensation. After an MRI of my cervical spine, I was diagnosed with a pinched nerve in my neck. My doctor at NY Spine Care recommended an epidural injection, but I opted to try physical therapy instead, which led me to Orthosport PC.
