I didn't know what to expect with physical therapy especially dealing with an injury that I'd had for well over a year that hadn't really improved at all. Shelby was a miracle worker when it came to the rehabilitation. She paid attention to how limited mobility/pain affected my progress and adjusted/modified any exercises I did accordingly. Stretching and resistance training have been a major part of my recovery but Shelby's positive attitude, attentiveness, and expertise have made my experience at Orlin and Cohen Garden City Physical Therapy second to none.
