I had been suffering from knee pain for quite some time, but I would tolerate it. One day at work, I was placing a package down when I felt a sharp pain. I could barely put weight on my knee. I was lucky to get an appointment the next day at O & C. The doctor suggested physical therapy. I met Barbara a few days later. She was incredible. Barbara listen to my concerns and came up with a plan. Within a few workouts, the pain was gone and I was building up strength in both my legs.
