I had a knee replacement on 9/25/24, which was done by Dr. Germano. All of the Orlin Cohen staff from the surgery coordinator up through the P/T staff made the experience a good one. This includes the clerical staff at the front desks. All of the employees were professional, helpful, and extremely pleasant to work with. Although surgery is not fun, sometimes it is necessary. And I thank all of the staff for their compassion and for making this difficult time easier to deal with. The P/T staff helped me to meet most of the goals I set for myself. And gave me the tools to continue on my own to meet the remaining goals. No one wants to have surgery. But if you need it I would highly recommend going to Orlin & Cohen.
