I limped in the Garden City PT location concerned and not confident that I will be healed after my incident. I was introduced to Sunita for my initial meeting and instructions. Her knowledge and kindness instantly put me at ease. After a few PT sessions I was introduced to Nina Ribeiro. Nina hands down took my recovery to the next level. Her skillset in BFR, resistant band work, weightlifting and different movements for my knee and honesty more importantly her constant need to fuel my mindset that I can get stronger made my recovery a lot easier. As a former athlete Nina pushed and encouraged me constantly. I am forever grateful to her and I know anyone who has the stoke of luck like I did to work with her WILL get better. I will forever be appreciative of her and the rest of the kind staff.
