Dr Munn performed total knee replacement surgery on me on September 8, 2025. He did an excellent job. Recovery was rough but after 3 months of physical therapy, I’m feeling pretty good. I was informed a few weeks ago that Dr Munn would no longer be accepting my insurance ands I blamed him and left him a bad review. However, he just reached out to me and apologized, explaining that the decision was not his and he had no idea that this had happened. I am very touched that he cared enough to make the call. He felt bad that I was upset about what happened and he wanted me to know that he still cared about me as a patient. That means the world to me. As for my physical therapist, Jamie Misegades, she is a rare gem. Friendly and professional. And made the experience a pleasant one. I have been blessed.
