I torn my ACL in half about 20+ years ago. I did not get surgery, but elected for PT instead. I've gone 3 different times about 7 years apart. I also have an issue with my elbow which I also got PT for. This last time was with Michel O'Neill. She was by far the best physical therapist I've ever been to. Both at Orlin and Cohen, and elsewhere. She is patient, knowledgable and extremely thorough. Even my most minor concern she addressed. She really seemed to care a lot. I had a sharp pain in my knee that I just happened to mention on the way out. She said "sit down, and let's have a look". She proceeded to work on that spot until she found the exact issue, and corrected. It's this personal service that makes her an exceptional therapist. Can't wait until I need therapy again . . . . Just kidding, but if I ever do, she will be the person I ask for.
