When I first walked into the office, I was still recovering from an injury and still had trouble walking. Nicole took the time to read the doctors notes and question me on my experience. She took careful notes, examined where I was in my recovery and asked me what my goal was coming out of physical therapy. I knew at that point she heard me and had a plan. Between Nicole and Liffy and all of team I worked with, they made it not only effective but fun and challenging. They pushed me when I wasn't sure I was able to do what they asked but I soon realized they knew exactly what they were doing. I tried to take full advantage of the help they gave me, and I gave it my all. They made me want to work harder, get the strength back and excel all while making it fun. Go figure! I'm grateful for that team in Bellmore, they made a huge difference!
