I have a tear in my labrum and arthritis of the right hip. I didn’t know for a long time. Because of continued exercise and compensation, I threw out my SI joint and had pain in my back and the lateral quad muscles to the point where I could barely take a short walk, and pain with getting in and out of the car and up off the couch. Joe not only knew all this upon a physical assessment, and without a MRI to start. The PT treatment was precise. I spent months there correcting my injuries and learning to correctly utilize my muscles without compensation. Joe was always diligently assessing me upon every visit, really talking to me and getting to know my life, my workout routines and my triggers. He was caring and professional and always made me feel seen and heard. I had an excellent experience. Sean and Hallie were also so great and helpful. The office overall has a great atmosphere that is professional coupled with laughs and ease.
