Dr Germano performed a total knee replacement on my left knee. Looks like a successful procedure. The staff at the hospital (LIJVS) were professional and attentive. My physical therapists at O&C Garden City were great. Jerry introduced me to the environment and turned me over to Roxsana, Pierre, and Shelby. Each one of them were knowledgeable and were instrumental in my progress. Of course nothing would have happened if it weren't for Troy running around setting up the various exercises for me to complete. Joelle was also extremely helpful in the setup and instruction aspect of my therapy. You can't help but notice how they all were part of a well coordinated team. More like a family. I would be remiss if I left out the receptionists. They greeted you with a smile and "good morning", informed the PTs that you were there, and importantly scheduled my appointments. I want to thank the entire physical therapy family at Orlin & Cohen Garden City for their professionalism and friendly demeanor.
