I messed up my ankle back in march and I was pretty discouraged and annoyed. I had no idea when I’d be healthy again to play sports since the last time I got hurt I was out for the summer. I also wasn’t too thrilled about going to physical therapy. However, after going there and working with people like Samantha and Chelsea and everyone else, I learned that I can have fun doing exercises to rehab. They were cool and we could joke around and have fun while still working hard on regaining strength in my foot. After a going there a few times I went from limping when I walked to being able to touch the rim of a basketball hoop again. Now, my legs - my ankles in particular - feel stronger than ever and I am very grateful that I was able to go here. Thank you.
