I fractured right thumb as a result of a fall. By chance, I came up on Orlin in Lynbrook and was assigned to Darlene Pappalardo. I must say that she was an excellent find. She was compassionate, and diligent. She kept me honest about doing the exercises the right way as well as frequency. I would highly recommend her for any hand therapy needs !
