Darlene is not only a good technical therapist, she also shows alot of compassion to her clients. She knows on how to "push" with the recovery, but but not over the edge. She is able to have a conversation and make the client feels at ease during the treatment. I personally witnessed with others not just with Lancy. We need more practitioners who has the "qualities" like Darlene. Of course, Maya and Alan have been helpful and friendly and understand their roles as well. Regards Lancy Lim
