The physical therapists are always pleasant, efficient, kind. The facility is spacious, clean, designed with full view of the changing seasons. Efficient? Yes. Kind? Yes. Professional? absolutely. But there is a rare atmosphere of contentment and caring; everyone working in harmony…it is a rare experience, which enhances healing. I must admit I’m not the easiest patient. Jamie Misegades, Roma Rozanska, and Nikki work with me, encourage and correct me. Jamie explained to me that it is up to me to make the commitment to treatment. together with Roma and now Nikki, they have taken me to a new quality of life…almost walking up stairs one foot on each step, how to bend when I load a dishwasher, how to get up from a chair and so much more. I’m working on taking longer steps with Jamie and Roma. I’m living a much better quality of life… many thanks to Orlin and Cohen for supporting your staff. I didn’t realize how much I had given up on life. Now able to walk better than ever before, it’s a new day , a better me, a better life. I’ve seen Jamie from the beginning; she explained the importance of home practice keeping appointments, commitment to therapy and technique. Roma also challenges and encourages as does Nikki working equally with both. This quality is maintained with all staff: front desk and assistants.
