In September I broke my thumb in three places and a piece of the bone broke off where the tendon was attached. Dr Pallotta was my surgeon and installed three pins and put me in a cast. I feel the surgery was a complete success. I was prescribed occupational therapy in the Smithtown office and was assigned Hamlet as my therapist . Hamlet was amazing, we set a series of goals for my healing and with his professionalism and positive reinforcement continued encouragement we exceeded all goals far past what either of us expected.
