I’d like to take this opportunity to let you know how much I have enjoyed having Briana Ardolino as my occupational therapist. To provide a bit of background, I just completed 6 sessions with Briana. She provided therapy for my left hand/wrist which I injured in a fall on January 30, 2022. I had a minimum of 10 sessions with another occupational therapy group post surgery. Those sessions ended in late Spring 2022. By November 2022 I was feeling pain, swelling and stiffness so I saw the surgical physician’s assistant (from a different orthopedic group) in December 2022 and he recommended 6 additional sessions of O.T. Instead of returning to the previous therapy practice, I chose yours. That is how I’ve come to send you this email. At each session Briana exhibited patience, empathy, excellent communication skills, kindness and adaptability; all of which are key strengths for an occupational therapist and for which I am very appreciative. Additionally, she strictly adhered to mask wearing regulations (covering her mouth and nose with her mask) for which I am grateful. Briana is very much an exemplary member of your team and I hope you are aware of this. You more than likely are aware since I imagine other of her patients have written similar emails.
