I was having such issues with my back. I had a herniated disk that was putting pressure on my sciatic nerve and pulling on my hip, which in turn was twisting my leg and causing knee pain. Dr. Palmieri did an epidural procedure covering two areas of my spine, which has never been done before. My previous doctor would only do one spot at a time. Having the two spots covered got rid of ALL of my lower back pain, the sciatic pain and hip/knee pain. Not only did the procedure work perfectly but Dr. Palmieri is a super nice man. He really takes the time to listen and help. I'm so happy I switched doctors. It originally wasn't my choice, just an insurance change, but I'm so happy that happened because I found the best doctor for pain management. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Palmieri and Orlin & Cohen for any issues. I came to Orlin & Cohen because, years ago, my daughter had a stress fracture from running and they were able to treat her successfully. The office is full service with a PT section plus an MRI. So happy with this office and the doctors there. It's a great choice for anyone who's suffering from any body pain.
