My right side of the neck, shoulder and arm were in severe pain starting the end of December holidays. I saw the orthopedic doctor on 1/13/2026 and started therapy the following week. I couldn’t sleep because I was in so much pain and the therapy team operated their magic. Day by day, I felt better and after the first week I felt the pain from my elbow to my hand only, not the entire part. After the second week the pain from this section went down from 10 to 5. And step by step, I felt no pain at all and 3/4/2026 was my last day after evaluation. I am so grateful to the whole team. They work like a family and make each patient feels welcome and comfortable. I don’t know for other patients but I had a great experience. My therapist Kyle is one of the best, experienced, very polite, kind and always shows care for his patients. Although Kyle was my therapist but I would like to extend my gratitude to the whole team specifically Shelby, Kate, and Michael for helping Kyle taking care of me. I will never forget what you did for me guys. I am able to sleep without having to wake up in pain in the middle of the night. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart!
