I found a "gem" of a surgeon with Dr. Ticker along with his staff. My words fall short of amply thanking him and his team for my care last Dec. 2025 for my first shoulder surgery. Dr. Ticker's skills and expertise in surgery is confirmed in my recovery. Along with him is a team that gives 100% all the time. Denise Katsasos, his Surgical Coordinator gives above and beyond help, support and guidance every time I contacted her. Her coordination of your pre and post-op surgery is impeccable. The office PA's, mainly saw Annmarie, are very knowledgeable, caring and patient. PA Matt Klicks was on call for me a few days post-op with a virus issue. Called him at 4AM, he was so nice to help me with advice. Never impatient, truly concerned for me and handled what to do (visit the local ER). He was not bothered at all to be awoken at that hour and followed up with me the next day. What dedication! Now in July, I'm having the other shoulder repaired and know I'm in competent hands once again. My deepest appreciation to all involved in my care and please know I am very grateful to Dr. Ticker and his staff. Hoping this can be passed along. Respectfully, Nancy Holub
