I walk about 6 miles a day and one day while walking I got a stabbing pain in the back of my left knee. This made walking painful and caused me to limp. I saw Dr. Milchteim and he recommended pt. After a couple of weeks of not walking I started therapy. Upon Leo’s evaluation he was able to tell I had tight hamstrings and he gave me stretching exercises to do at home. The first few sessions left me limping but slowly I was able to walk for 10-15 mins at a time without pain. Between my exercises at home, the exercises at therapy and Leo’s work with me I’m back to my regular walking (pain free). Leo is an excellent therapist. He is thorough and has a great bedside manner. I hope I never need pt again but if I do I will definitely see Leo again.
